Using our store

You must have legal capacity to make a purchase, or permission from a parent or legal guardian where required. You agree to provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details and to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its security, misuse personal information or infringe the rights of others.

Products and information

We aim to describe products and display prices accurately. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen. Availability may change. If we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you with the correct information so you can choose whether to proceed or receive a refund. This does not limit your rights where goods do not conform to their description.

Orders and payments

Before submitting an order, review the products, quantities, delivery address and total price. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order and does not by itself resolve any availability or payment issue. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled goods. We will not substitute products or charge an increased price without your agreement.

Prices and delivery charges

The currency and price applicable to your purchase are displayed before you place your order. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are included in the total or separately identified at checkout. Any additional costs that we can determine will be disclosed before purchase. Where import charges may apply and cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, this must be disclosed before purchase.

Shipping and delivery

Available delivery options, charges and any delivery estimates are provided before purchase. Please supply an accurate delivery address and contact us promptly if it needs correcting. We will notify you of significant delays. For consumer purchases, responsibility for goods remains with us until you or your nominated recipient takes physical possession, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy explains how to request withdrawal, returns and refunds. EU consumers generally have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right, subject to applicable exceptions.
