Eligibility:
- Open to citizens of any country outside the United Kingdom.
- Applicants must be pursuing a full-time postgraduate degree at the University of Cambridge (PhD, MLitt, one-year postgraduate course).
- Applicants must demonstrate outstanding academic achievement, leadership potential, and a commitment to improving the lives of others.
